Delete at ANSTO's OPAL reactor. Note: The incident mentioned in the paragraph did not occur at ANSTO’s OPAL reactor.The OPAL reactor operated safely, and met all regulatory requirements, during the entire quarter.
The error is regrettable and was caused by an administrative oversight in the production of the Quarterly Report.
