Please note: if you wish to provide general feedback please complete the contact us form.
If you have any questions or concerns about the ACDS service, your facility's representative should first talk to the ACDS Director or the Chief Medical Radiation Scientist (Melbourne office) to better understand the issue and try to find a solution.
If you wish to request additional review, you can use this form to:
Request a review of an ACDS audit outcome
You can ask for a further review of the audit, which will be carried out by the Clinical Advisory Group (CAG)). They will evaluate the scientific details and any potential clinical implications of the audit report.
The CAG gives independent advice and support on technical and clinical matters to the ACDS. Its members are experts in their fields. Who are nominated by the professional organisations they represent.
Dispute a review response by CAG
If you are unhappy with the response from CAG to a previous audit review request (see above), you can submit your feedback to ARPANSA’s Quality team for investigation.
If ARPANSA receives a complaint, they will give you a reference number to track all related communication and will contact you to review your concerns. This process is handled separately from the ACDS.
Provide feedback or a complaint
If your facility has been audited by ACDS and you’d like to give feedback on the quality of our service, you can send your comments to ARPANSA’s Quality team.
If you would like to make a complaint, ARPANSA's Quality team will give you a reference number. This reference number is used to track all related communications. ARPANSA will also contact you to address your concerns. This process is handled separately from the ACDS.
